I have been writing for over 20 years, and have provided editing and feedback on various writing projects for over 10 years.
Although I am not formally trained in either, I have a passion for the written word and love helping other authors polish their manuscript to perfection.
My Editing Philosophy
I believe in turning a manuscript into an enjoyable reading experience while preserving the author's voice and intentions.
I believe that "brutal honesty" has no place in a constructive critique. There's a human being on the other side of that manuscript who put their heart and soul into it, and it is my mission to respect that fact by being kind with any and all feedback I provide.
I want to encourage and inspire the authors I work with rather than kill their joy for writing.
